Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
This will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days after receiving your return.

How to return a product

If you would like to return your order, please email us at sales@prelovedwholesale.com

Any orders returned after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.

Please include your Returns Slip or Packing sheet within your returns parcel. If you no longer have this, please find your order number in an email from us along with the item name you are retuning.

Return costs

Please be advised that any cost to return goods must be covered by the customer.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please email sales@prelovedwholesale.com
